TMZ.com reports that a private investigator is claiming  that kelly failed to deliver payment of $300,000 for services rendered.According to a lawsuit filed in Missouri federal court, Charles Freeman was allegadly hired  during kelly’s trial to “obtain and/or recover certain tapes that were said to incriminate” the singer.

Freeman is said to be suing for damages plus interests and costs.

50 cent has announced the launch of his film production company Cheetah Vision. 50 cent has reportedly bought 8 or more scripts.

One film reportedly to be made, is a film called The Dance, starring 50 cent and Nicolas Cage. The rapper is quoted as saying about his scripts “They are all different types of movies that I bought the rights to, and we’re developing projects,” the rapper added. “You will see different things from me in the future”

50 cent will make his acting debut when he stars in his film Before I Self Destruct which will be released as a add on to his new album in march 2009

The album has been a work in project for many years, and is expected to be one of the best albums in 2009. 50 Cent’s new album Before I Self Destruct is reported to be scheduled for release in early 2009 – though there is no concrete date as yet.

The hip hop artist’s fourth studio album, his final on record label Interscope Records.

Initially, Before I Self Destruct was planned to be 50 Cent’s 2007 album, however, he decided to release Curtis instead, and thus Before I Self Destruct’s release date was originally pushed back to 2008.

The album’s release date was initially announced to be February 4, 2008, but later moved to March 2008, due to the release date of Curtis being pushed up to September 2007. However it was later revealed, in an interview with G-Unit members Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks, that the album is scheduled to be released during the 4th quarter of 2008, with 50 Cent himself later stating that the album was due to be released December 9, 2008. MTV later reported that the album will instead be released in 2009, with February 3 being the date 50 Cent himself confirmed.

It has been four years since eminem released his last solo album (encore) in 2004. Hip hop lovers of eminem will not have to wait too much longer as Eminem has announced that his new solo LP will be released in 2009. The album is reportably called Relapse. According to eminem speaking to mtv, the album has already been completed. Eminem and Dr Dre are currently deciding which songs are to be put on the album.
