Dr Dre to release his long overdue album The Detox in 2009

Dr Dre has stated that his album should be available to hip hop lovers in 2009! The legend himself has said that his album will be released after eminems and fiddys album have released theirs. The album has been a work in project for many years, and is expected to be one of the best albums in 2009. The album is bound to feature a large amount of famous talented rappers, including many on his record label interscope records.
Artists whom are rumoured to appear on album are:

- 50 Cent
- Eminem
- Guvner
- Knoc-turn
- Lloyd Banks
- Snoop_Dogg
- Devin the Dude
- Jay-Z
- Lil Wayne
- Nas
With such a potential vast array of artists to feature on the album, this will have hip hop fans licking their lips.
Forth-coming Jay-Z album to be released in 2009!
2009 looks to be an exciting year for hip hop. The legend that is Jay-Z will be releasing yet another album in his long and prosperous career in hip hop. The album will be called Blueprint 3. The album is scheduled for a release in the first quarter of 2009. Five tracks have already been announced these are:

This album will be his last that he releases on the Def Jam, before he releases new albums on the label Live Nation. This album is bound to be classic.
Bow Wow states he may leave the hip hop game in 2009

Bow has told www.mtv.com that 2009 will be the last year he releases an album. Speaking to MTV MC Bow Wow said.
“after the eighth album, I’m done. I already feel it. I love acting. I love my music like I said, but I feel it.
“After this one (The Pedigree), (I’ve) probably (got) one more (album) in me and that’s eight. Like, I’m one (album) behind Nas, and that’s crazy
