TMZ.com reports that a private investigator is claiming  that kelly failed to deliver payment of $300,000 for services rendered.According to a lawsuit filed in Missouri federal court, Charles Freeman was allegadly hired  during kelly’s trial to “obtain and/or recover certain tapes that were said to incriminate” the singer.

Freeman is said to be suing for damages plus interests and costs.

Dr Dre has stated that his album should be available to hip hop lovers in 2009! The legend himself has said that his album will be released after eminems and fiddys album have released theirs. The album has been a work in project for many years, and is expected to be one of the best albums in 2009.
